Slagging agent, also known as slag making agent, is a mixture that separates liquid metal from oxides. Mainly used for slag removal before aluminum casting and during die casting of aluminum alloy and aluminum alloy die cast plate grids, fully recovering valuable and effective metals, improving product yield, reducing costs, and reducing slag rate. The principle of use is that aluminum slag remover can change the surface and interfacial tension between the metal melt and slag, reduce the binding force between the melt and slag, effectively separate the metal and slag, and improve the utilization rate of the metal. After adding aluminum slag remover to the metal melt, a large number of bubbles can escape and have a certain stirring effect on the melt, and the slag carried and adsorbed in the metal liquid can be fully flipped and pulled to the surface of the metal liquid, which is conducive to thorough slag removal and ensuring the cleanliness of the melt. Aluminum slag remover has adsorption and melting ability on slag body, which can fully purify metal melt and reduce metal pollution caused by slag. The slag remover is a gray black powder with a particle size of less than 20 mesh and a water content of less than 0.5%; Packaging: Colorful woven bags, lined with large plastic bags, each bag weighs 25 kilograms. Dosage method: Add aluminum slag remover in a ratio of 1-2 kilograms per ton of molten metal. Start the mixer, and when the aluminum liquid forms a vortex, evenly pour the aluminum slag remover into the aluminum liquid (vortex position) according to the amount. After stirring for 15-25 minutes, let the slag body naturally float to the surface and become loose, then the slag can be removed.
